First 2010 Registration Dates Set
We will be holding or first two registration dates on February 6th and 27th from 1 - 3 pm at the Courtice Community Centre, on Courtice road, north of hwy #2 in Courtice. (where the pool and library are located). If you can't make these dates, you want to go to the forms section and print off a club registration form, and mail it in with your cheque at any time.

Coach George Knowlton is a finalist!
Toronto, ON - November 10, 2009 - Our George Knowlton is one of ten finalists that have been named for the 2009 The Home Depot NFL Youth Coach of the Year Award, the NFL announced today. The award, now in its eleventh year, is designed to recognize community or high school level coaches across Canada who share a passion for football and dedicate themselves to the development of young players both on and off the field.

2010 LEAGUE UPDATES
We would like to announce that we will be fielding two teams in the OMFL (Ontario Minor Football League) this season. We will participate at the Junior Varsity (1993 - 1994 - 1995) and with our new Senior Varsity team (1990 - 1991 - 1992).
We will also be participating in COMFL (Central Ontario Minor Footbll League) with our traditional Tyke, Atom, Peewee program. New for this year is the re-alignment by Football Canada. What that means is there are new age brackets and no weight limits for any age group. Included are a re-alignment of the division names.
Tykes (re-named 'Atoms' - 2000 & 2001)
Atoms (re-named 'Peewees - 1998 - 1999)
Peeweew (re-named 'Bantams' - 1996 - 1997)
This season, we will be offering "House League" to our membership for the first time in our history. Offering kids 7 - 14 years the chance to learn in a less competitive and fun environment.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
The 2010 season will be an exciting and busy time for us. We will need a great deal of volunteers to help make this season a successful one. If you can sign up for any of our volunteer committees please do so.
WENDY'S HIGH SCHOOL FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS:
The Friday Night Lights program has ended with another great season under the lights at Clarington Fields. Thanks to all those who helped run the events. Next season should be even better. See you next year.
