Is Zirconium Dioxide Biocompatible?
Article by Dr. Jorg Reinshagen - Wieland
Dr. Reinshagen provides interesting insight into zirconium dioxide in this 1 page article. There is particular attention paid to biocompatibility. Zirconia is clearly one of the most biocompatible materials used in medical and dental science.

Comment from Tom Williams, Account Representative for The ADAM Centre
I was just reading an article by Dr. Larry Gaum in the Nov/Dec 2008 issue of Spectrum Dialogue magazine entitled "Is it Safe? (Your toothpaste that is)" that calls to question goods and services from China.
In this article Dr. Gaum mentions "Toothpaste, milk, dog food, and candy-products that have potential to harm, main or kill innocent consumers who trusted the companies that manufactured them." He continues that he " makes every effort to avoid products manufactured in China. I don't trust them... I fear for my health and welfare and the safety of my family."
Last year a law suit was initiated in the United States against a dentist (and lab?) by a woman whose bridgework was made in China and had high levels of lead.
Canadian dental laboratories do not have to have concerns regarding the work done by The ADAM Centre in Ancaster. All work is RDT supervised ensuring that products are made with the best materials and technology available today.
